Pricing FAQs

Excluding the third Saturday of the month, we will work on the printer and perform diagnostics for the first 15 minutes per printer for free.  Beyond that, we charge $100 (simple fixes)/hr to 150 (complex fixes)/hr for repair work plus cost of replacement parts (billed in 15 minute increments).  If you supply your own replacements, we only charge for the time we're working on the machine.

Machines left on site for more than 1 business day after we inform you that they are ready for pickup are subject to a daily storage fee in the amount of $25/day until picked up.  

Full payment is required to pick up repaired machines for customers with balances due.
